About the role

We're looking for a Product Delivery Manager/Tech Lead to join our Melbourne team in a hybrid setup. In this role, you'll be the engine room between our Engineering, Product and Go-to-Market teams, making sure we build the right things, ship them fast, and deliver real value to our enterprise customers. You won't just be managing from a distance, you'll be in the detail, shaping solutions, unblocking your team, and driving delivery with clarity and pace.

What you'll be doing

• Leading capability‑driven product delivery by translating enterprise customer requirements into scalable platform solutions that avoid bespoke builds.

• Partnering closely with Engineering to shape solution approaches, sequence work, make trade‑offs, and drive early technical design including data models, integration flows, and constraints.

• Bringing clarity and structure to delivery through prioritisation, simple processes, and day‑to‑day leadership of a small engineering team, unblocking issues and maintaining momentum.

• Shaping commercial product offerings by partnering with Product Marketing on product packaging, API‑based service tiers, purchase options, and scalable pricing models.

• Contributing to cost estimation and commercial decision‑making, applying an understanding of API‑driven products and how platform capabilities translate into sustainable revenue.

• Engaging directly with customers through selected sales conversations, workshops, and POCs to understand real user needs and translate them into clear solution and delivery recommendations.

• Identifying gaps, constraints, and risks early, ensuring they are clearly documented and communicated across teams.

• Ensuring technical positioning is credible and aligned by working with Product Marketing to support accurate messaging around capability, security, compliance, architecture, and roadmap.

• Acting as a connector across Product, Engineering, and Go To Market, providing shared clarity on priorities, feasibility, and what will scale versus what should be avoided.
